We moved from Delaware to Florida in the beginning of January. When it time for the move, the crew showed up on time and we’re very professional and courteous. They packed up all of our furniture and boxes and then loaded them onto the truck in about an hour. They got all my belongings down to our new place in Florida in two days and then put our bed together, as well as staged the other furniture exactly how we wanted it. We barely had to lift a finger! Truly a stress free experience and highly recommend.

Elite Moving Partners has been nothing remotely close to an “elite” experience. There is little to no communication across the company. They expect that if they delay any response they give you to a customer service question that eventually you will get tired of asking and just leave them alone. This company is a group of scammers that disappoints not only its customers, but the local couriers they outsource to do the heavy lifting. When I initially contacted them, I was only looking for a ballpark estimate for my move as we were in the early stages of the process and not ready to book anything. Christian was very attentive and answered all my questions, so when it came time to book, I booked with him as I thought he was a good person to work with. MY MISTAKE. After our deposit went through, Christian completely cut off all contact with me, not answering my emails, texts or calls. A complete 180 degree turn from the attentive service I was getting before I signed or paid anything.

Next, when the couriers came to pick up our stuff, they handed me a packet of paperwork to sign before they even started moving my stuff. It had the binding estimate Christian had sent me and that I had e-signed. Turns out, after I signed it they decided to scribble in new charges and a new estimate without letting me know. EXTREMELY SHADY. There was less stuff to pick up then Christian had even budgeted for with the list of items I said I had over the phone. We didn’t even meet the minimum required move size as we had little furniture and were only moving boxes of clothes. He said he would charge us the minimum which was 350 sq. ft. We are now being asked to pay for a 500 square foot move which our stuff was nowhere close to in size.

We were told we would be asked for our first available move in date which was a crucial part for us as we were also driving across the country ourselves for the move which takes us a week. The couriers and the company never asked us and scribbled in a random date (3/26/22) which was nowhere near an available date for us as we were not even at our destination yet. I called the company and confirmed at nauseam on the phone that our first available date was 3/29/22. They assured me that that would be ok. Tell me why they are calling me the night of the 26th saying they’ll be there the next day (the 48-hour notice we were also promised by multiple employees seems to have just gone out the window here as well as our confirmed first available delivery date). This was an issue for us as it was on a Sunday, we had not been to the property to get the keys yet, and we were in isolation fighting COVID. When we tried desperately to get them to postpose, given that this was never an established available date for me, there was a severe unwillingness to help. IN FACT, they said they would charge us 500-700 dollars to change the date. No apologies for completely screwing us over, just a new charge they wanted to hit us with for the negligence on THEIR END. They claim they have no record of even getting that call from me, when I myself have record of the call with them. Denial denial denial.

Even after we scramble to get the keys, leave isolation, and get to our place to receive the delivery, our 5pm arrival time changed to 12 am, then to 2 am, then to 6 am, then to 9 am, then to 12 pm, and finally arrive at 2 pm the next day after we stayed up all night on our hard wood floor waiting. With COVID. No apology and no compensation. Absolute disaster of a company. DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A “MOVING COMPANY”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled within 24 hours of our move. Did not give us a new date, just cancelled. We were told we would get our $1700 deposit back. After a month, they stated they were having issues reversing the charge and we should dispute the charge with our credit card company. Then they denied the dispute and our credit card company would not reverse. When I filed a complaint with BBB, their response was that I violated my contract by trying to reverse the charge on my card. I was told by 3 different people we would get a refund, and 2 different people instructed me to dispute the charge with the credit card company. No refund. No service. Not to mention the horrible situation it left us in with the last minute cancellation.

Terrible experience with Elite Moving partners. I wish I could leave negative stars. I have never written a review in my life, but I feel the need to warn other people who try to use this service. Moving is always stressful, but I didn’t know it could be this hard. This is the most difficult, unprofessional, and overpriced moving experience I’ve ever dealt with. It is a complete rip off. They aren’t even a real moving company; they are a broker company that partners with movers which they failed to tell me when I was getting a quote over the phone. When I initially called Elite over the phone and told them what I had to move, they gave me an estimate based on that. If anything, I expected to pay less than the estimate because I was getting rid of some stuff and had less to move than what I told them on the phone, but I ended up paying double the estimate including an additional fee that was supposed to guarantee that my stuff would be there by a certain day. The guy who picked up my stuff was slow and unprofessional and tried to overcharge me because he didn’t understand how to calculate the rate. Also, it was really difficult trying to pay him because his Venmo wouldn’t work and Cashapp wouldn’t let me pay him. I ended up having to Venmo one of his friends to accept the money for him which felt really sketchy. Then, a week later he called me trying to get more money, and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with him and someone at Elite just to clear things up and avoid paying extra fees that I wasn’t supposed to be paying. Then, when I called the delivery guy the day before my scheduled delivery (like he told me to do to get an ETA), he told me that he was in Texas right now but had to go to New Mexico all of a sudden for no given reason. Then he told me that his truck broke down and my stuff was going to be late. He kept telling my stuff would be there in a couple days every day for a week straight, and it still didn’t arrive. My stuff was delivered more than a week late, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the delivery guy to give me an update/estimate on when he would get here. I had to call Elite every single day to get an estimate on when my stuff would arrive, and most of the time they had no answers for me. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of over the phone. Most times, I had to call more than once to get through to someone, and when I did get a hold of anyone majority of the people I spoke to were rude, not helpful, or didn’t seem to care. Nicki was helpful and very understanding, but the company in general was not. I began to worry about whether or not my stuff was even coming and wondering if I was going to have to replace everything. The delivery guy finally showed up, and when he did I had another issue with figuring out how to pay him. He had been blocked from receiving Venmo and Cashapp payments. He refused to take a personal check, and he wouldn’t accept PayPal for “personal reasons.” We had to spend a lot of time on the phone again with someone at Elite to clear up the issue and throughout the whole conversation the delivery guy was trying to get them to charge me extra money for things he shouldn’t have been charging me for. They did give me a partial refund for the expedited fee, but I do not feel that the small refund they gave me makes up for the rip off that this moving company is especially since the refund they gave me was less than a fourth of the price it costed me in total to move. You couldn’t pay me to use Elite moving partners again, especially when there are several other more professional and reliable companies who charge way less than them. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN IN AUGUST OF 2021 FOR A MOVE IN OCTOBER OF 2021. I KEPT IN CONTACT WITH CHANGES AND FINALIZED DATES. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING A HOLD OF ANY ONE UP UNITL THE DAY OF THE MOVE. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. A BIG FACTOR FOR ME WAS GETTING MY DAUGHTER MOVED IN A CERTAIN TIME WINDOW. I MADE THIS VERY CLEAR UP FRONT. SHE HAD TO BE MOVED TO TEXAS I WAS MOVING MYSELF ELSE WHERE SO I NEEDED TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS MOVED. THEY GAVE ME SOME STORY THAT THE TRUCK DIDN'T HAVE ROOM OR WHATEVER. I ARGUED WITH THEM AND FINALLY GOT A MOVER FOR A WEEK LATER BUT IT HAD TO BE AN OVER NIGHT TRIP. PICK UP FRIDAY DELIVER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. THERE WAS NO WIGGLE ROOM. THE MOVERS WERE NICE NOTHING GOT DAMAGED. I HAD A PIECE COUNT OF 63. THE MOVERS FINISHED AND THEY HAD 67 PIECES OF WHICH THEY CREATED THE 4 EXTRA PIECE COUNT BECAUSE OF HOW THEY REPACTED ITEMS. THANK GOD I WAS THERE BECAUSE THE MOVE COST $3000 MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE. I UNDERSTAND WHAT AN ESTIMATE IS HOWEVER TO BE THAT FAR OFF IS REDICULOUS. THAT MEASE i HAD TO COME UP WITH $3000 MORE FOR WHOLE MOVE. OF WHICH I HAD TO HAVE THE NEXT DAY IN ANOTHER STATE OR MY DAUGHTER WOULD NOT GET HER ITEMS. I CALLED AND EMAILED SAMANTHA, JORDAN AND JORDON. I LET THEM KNOW HOW UPSET I WAS THAT THE MOVE IS SO MUCH MORE. I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A COUPLE OF REFUNDS. ONE FOR $300 AND ONE FOR $500. I RECIEVED A RECIEPT IN MY EMAIL STATING THEY WERE ISSUED HOWEVER THEY NEVER HIT MY CARD. I EMAILED AND CALLED (I CALLED SO MUCH THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SIDE OR SALES SIDE. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I CALLED RIGHT AFTER ON ANOTHER NUMBER THEY ANSWERED AND THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER THAT NUMBER AGAIN) AND NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE EXCEPT ONCE WHEN SAMANTHA STATED SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT. I CALLED TODAY AND TALKED TO JASON. HE STATED THAT HE WAS 'THE' MANAGER OF ELITE MOVING PARTNERS, THAT HE SIGNS PAYCHECKS AND MAKES ALL FINAL FINACIAL DECISIONS FOR THE COMPANY. HE STATED THAT BECAUSE I FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ON THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THAT ALL REFUNDS ARE NULL AND VOID BECAUSE IT COSTS MONEY FROM THOSE DISPUTES. HE ALSO STATED THAT THERE IS NOT ANOTHER SINGLE PERSON THAT I CAN TALK TO ABOUT MY REFUND THAT I HAVE RECIEPTS FOR THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ISSUED BUT WAS NOT ISSUED BECAUSE THEIR MERCHANT HAD A PROBLEM. ALSO, THAT I AM IN VIOLATION OF MY CONTRACT EVEN ASKING FOR THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CONTRACTUALLY REQUIRED TO GIVE A REFUND. HE HAD NO OTHER RESPONSE. HE KEPT AN ATTITUDE AND STATED HE WAS ONLY STILL ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GET OFF. THIS IS FEBRUARY OF 2022 AND I AM STILL DEALING WITH THIS. HE ALSO STATED THAT THERE IS NO PRESIDENT, VP, CFO, CEO OR ANYTHING FOR THIS COMPANY. THAT HE IS THE ONE THAT MAKES ALL THE DECISIONS. THIS IS THE FIRST AND FINAL TIME I WILL EVER USE A MOVING COMPANY. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELITE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO STEAL. THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.
